Support ReMix It through donating your unused arts and crafts.

ReMix It depends on generous material donations to keep creativity flourishing in our community. Your unwanted supplies become someone else's spark and keep good materials out of the landfill and into the hands of makers, educators, and artists right here in Asheville.

What to expect at your appointment

Dropping off a donation is simple, friendly, and takes less than 30 minutes. Here's how it works:

Book your slot.

Use our online scheduler to reserve a 30-minute appointment at the store. For now, donations are open Wednesday through Saturday, 11am–2pm.

Bring your materials.

Pack up your clean, gently used, organized supplies and bring them in. Not sure if something qualifies? Check our accepted items list below.

Drop off and done.

Park in our gravel lot, enter in the side door and head to our donation table. We will give your donation a quick once-over, and send it off to find its next creative home.

What We Accept

We gratefully accept new or gently used materials that can be repurposed for art, crafting, teaching, or making. These supplies fuel our programs, stock our future store, and help make creativity more accessible in our community. This list is not exhaustive so use your best judgement! Please donate clean materials that can be resold or reused immediately.
